All material for Synod should be sent to the attention of the Synod Organizing Committee at the address of the Canadian Reformed Church of Carman West: Box 2009, Carman MB, R0G 0J0. E-mail: carmanwestclerk@gmail.com All material for Synod should be received by the convening church, in 30 copies, no later than six weeks prior to the convocation date of General Synod.
