On behalf of the convening church, Rev. C. Kos welcomed the delegates. He read Matthew 1:1-17 then requested everyone to sing Hymn 19: 1, 3, 4. In prayer the following memorabilia was mentioned: Candidate Quentin Vandermeulen accepting the call to Coaldale, the churches at Calgary and Providence that remain vacant, the retired ministers in the churches, and the ongoing work at the Seminary.

The convening church delegates reported that the credentials were in order and Classis was declared constituted. The following executive officers took their place: Rev. K. Wieske as chairman, Rev. C. Swaving as vice-chairman and Rev. J. VanSpronsen as clerk. The agenda was adopted with modification.

A report from the ad-hoc committee appointed by the Classis in September was discussed. Classis decided to pass on a revised report to the Neerlandia consistory.

A report of the review for the archive of Classis Alberta was received. The church at Edmonton-Immanuel was thanked for their report, and the archivist was thanked for his work in preserving the archives.

Church visitation reports were received for Neerlandia, Calgary, Coaldale, and Taber. The church visitors were thanked for their work. Prayer was lifted for the churches visited.

Concurring advice was given to Edmonton-Immanuel and St. Albert in matters of discipline. An appeal was declared inadmissible as it had not been finished at the local level.

The church at Edmonton-Immanuel was appointed as convening church for the next Classis. The proposed date is March 12, 2026 with an alternate of June 11, 2026. The suggested officers are Rev. J. Peters as chairman, Rev. K. Wieske as vice-chairman and Rev. C. Swaving as clerk.
